# Competenties

Competenties vastleggen en koppelen aan rollen

De beheerder vindt hier een overzicht van alle competenties. Competenties kunnen onder rollen worden gekoppeld, zodat inzichtelijk is welke competenties een medewerker nodig heeft om zijn rol uit te voeren, en waarop eventueel getraind kan worden.
