# General and API

General company settings and the ControlBee API

## General information

The administrator changes here:

* **The company logo** — appears in the Word and PDF exports
* **Active/inactive** — determines whether the company is active in ControlBee and whether users have access
* **The company name**
* **The company description**
* **The color** used to format the headings in PDF and Word exports
* **The language** of the environment

## API

ControlBee has an API that allows integrations to be established with other company applications or with AI tools. To see which functions are currently available and to consult the technical details, the company administrator can use the link on this page. In addition, API tokens can be created, viewed, and deleted.
