# Context
The internal and external factors that influence the organization
In the context, the organization identifies all important external and internal factors that are relevant to its purpose and strategic direction, and factors that may affect the achievement of the intended results.
The context of the organization is the environment in which the organization operates. Think of services, strategy, stakeholders, suppliers and partners. All internal and external issues that affect the organization's functioning are recorded in the context. In addition, under the context you will find an overview of all linked stakeholders, which are further explained in [Stakeholders](/en/plannen/belanghebbenden.md).
## Link stakeholders
Adding stakeholders is done via the yellow plus at the bottom right of the screen. After clicking the yellow plus, the linking options are shown.
