Erforderliches Wissen erfassen und mit Rollen verknüpfen

Der Administrator findet hier einen Überblick über alle erforderlichen Kenntnisse. Kenntnisse können Rollen zugeordnet werden, sodass festgelegt ist, welche Kenntnisse ein Mitarbeiter für die Ausübung einer bestimmten Rolle haben muss. Damit können auch Schulungsbedarfe oder Ausbildungen gesteuert werden.
