# Kontext
Die internen und externen Faktoren, die die Organisation beeinflussen
Im Kontext legt die Organisation alle wichtigen externen und internen Faktoren fest, die für ihren Zweck und ihre strategische Ausrichtung relevant sind, sowie Faktoren, die möglicherweise Einfluss auf das Erreichen der angestrebten Ergebnisse haben.
Der Kontext der Organisation ist die Umgebung, in der sich die Organisation befindet. Denken Sie an Dienstleistungen, Strategie, Stakeholder, Lieferanten und Partner. Alle internen und externen Themen, die sich auf das Funktionieren der Organisation auswirken, werden im Kontext erfasst. Außerdem finden Sie unter dem Kontext eine Übersicht aller verknüpften Stakeholder, die weiter erläutert werden in [Stakeholder](/de/plannen/belanghebbenden.md).
## Stakeholder verknüpfen
Das Hinzufügen von Stakeholdern erfolgt über das gelbe Plus unten rechts im Bildschirm. Nach dem Anklicken des gelben Plus werden die Verknüpfungsmöglichkeiten angezeigt.
